Andrew Napier, MD
CEO / Founder
Dr. Napier is a practicing ER physician and innovator. He is a graduate of USF’s Morsani College of Medicine and is currently an attending physician in San Jose, CA. His path into the medical field began in the Army where he was a Combat Medic and was awarded the Purple Heart while deployed to Afghanistan. He invented the device Intublade® and founded the company Bear Creek Medical in order to bring new medical devices into the mainstream market.
Dave Warden III
COO / Co-Founder
Mr. Warden is a Combat Veteran of the US Marine Corps and a Purple Heart recipient. He studied Economics and Finance at the University of South Florida and is a recipient of the Pat Tillman Foundation scholarship. Since military separation, he has founded multiple startups in the Government contracting industry along with a successful financial management and advising business. With his proven track record, he was selected for Tampa Bay Business Journal’s: Top 30 Under 30 Business Professionals.
Derek Herrera, MBA
Mr. Herrera is a former commander in the Marine Corps Special Forces and is a Purple Heart recipient. After his military service, he received an executive MBA from UCLA. Mr. Herrera has since gone to form multiple successful medical device companies and also serves as a board member of of several non-profit organizations such as MVPVets and the Marine Raider Foundation.
